This Digital Products Policy outlines the nature and conditions of digital services and content provided through www.solidarity-agency.com.

1. Product Definition

All products and services offered in our shop are digital and non-physical in nature. Examples include:

  • Uploads or reposts to platforms (e.g. SoundCloud, YouTube, Instagram)

  • Story mentions or reels

  • Visual content for promotion

  • Other music-related digital services

There is no shipment or delivery of physical goods.

2. Delivery Method & Timeline

Services are delivered digitally via:

  • Email

  • Upload

  • Platform distribution

  • Link sharing (e.g. SoundCloud, Dropbox)

The usual delivery time is 1–3 business days after receiving all required materials via Google Form, Dropbox, or WeTransfer.
Delays may occur due to incomplete or incorrect submissions.

3. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate content (e.g. files, text, metadata)

  • Holding the necessary rights to all submitted material

  • Responding to support requests or clarification within a reasonable timeframe

If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to pause or reject the order without refund.

4. Copyright & Legal Use

You confirm that all submitted content is either owned by you or that you have full legal rights to use and distribute it.
SDY Entertainment GmbH assumes no liability for copyright infringements or third-party claims related to your content.

5. No Withdrawal / No Refund

Digital products and services are non-refundable once processing begins.
By placing an order, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal, in accordance with Art. 16 lit. m EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Swiss law.

6. Legal Basis & Integration

This policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and applies in addition to the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

The applicable law is Swiss law, and the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
