Terms and Conditions

1. Contracting Party

These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital services and physical products (merchandise) offered via www.solidarity-agency.com.

The provider and contractual party is:

2. Scope of Service

We offer two categories of services:

  • Digital Services: customized promotional and music-related services, including but not limited to uploads, reposts, story mentions, reels, mixing & mastering, ghost production, and visual content distribution on platforms such as SoundCloud, Instagram, and YouTube. The scope and execution depend on the customer’s submitted content and project specifications.

  • Physical Products (Merch): print-on-demand products such as T-shirts, hoodies, caps, posters, and accessories, produced and shipped through external production partners.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A binding contract is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process and full payment is received. An automatic confirmation email will be sent immediately after the order.
The contract language is English. These terms are available at all times on our website.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable. Payments can be made via the available online methods (e.g. credit card, TWINT, Stripe, PayPal).
Full payment is required before digital services are executed or physical products are produced and shipped.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • Digital Services: By ordering a digital service, you expressly agree that execution of the service may begin before the statutory withdrawal period ends. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once execution has started. No refunds are granted after execution has begun (Art. 16 lit. m EU Consumer Rights Directive; Swiss law).

  • Physical Products (Merch): Customers in the EU have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase contract. In Switzerland, no statutory right applies, but we voluntarily grant a 14-day return policy. Returns are only possible if the goods are unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. 6. Customer Obligations

  • Digital Services: You confirm that all submitted content (e.g. music, stems, text, visuals) is your own or that you hold the necessary rights to use it commercially. This applies in particular to files submitted for mixing, mastering, and ghost production. You must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to reject content that violates laws or ethical standards.

  • Physical Products (Merch): You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or failed deliveries.

7. Delivery

  • Digital Services: Unless otherwise stated, services are delivered within 1–3 business days after we receive all required materials. Mixing, mastering, and ghost production services may take longer depending on project complexity.

  • Physical Products (Merch): Production time usually takes 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery after production:

    • Switzerland: approx. 8–10 business days

    • Europe: approx. 8–14 business days

    • International: approx. 10–20 business days
      Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or high order volumes.      ​

8. Disclaimer & Liability

  • Digital Services: We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as views, clicks, followers, or algorithmic performance. For mixing, mastering, and ghost production, we work to industry standards but do not guarantee commercial success or distribution results.

  • Physical Products (Merch): Slight variations in color, size, or print placement may occur due to the print-on-demand process and do not constitute defects. We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping providers, customs processes, or force majeure.

10. Privacy

Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For digital services, this includes order and content data. For physical products, this includes shipping details and payment information, which may be shared with our production and logistics partners (e.g. Printful).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All legal relations shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
