2. Scope of Service

We offer customized digital promotional services, including but not limited to uploads, reposts, story mentions, reels, and visual content distribution on platforms such as SoundCloud, Instagram, and YouTube. The scope and execution depend on the customer’s submitted content and project specifications.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A binding contract is concluded once the customer completes the checkout process and full payment is received. An automatic confirmation email will be sent immediately after the order.
The contract language is English. These terms are available at all times on our website.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) and include VAT where applicable. Payments can be made via the available online methods (e.g. credit card, TWINT, Stripe). All payments must be made in full before the service is rendered.

5. Right of Withdrawal

By ordering a digital service, you expressly agree that execution of the service may begin before the statutory withdrawal period ends. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the execution has started.

Note: No refunds are granted after service execution has begun. This complies with Art. 16 lit. m EU Consumer Rights Directive and Swiss law.

6. Customer Obligations

You confirm that all submitted content (e.g. music, text, visuals) is your own or that you hold the appropriate rights to use it commercially. You must provide accurate and complete information.
We reserve the right to reject content that violates laws or ethical standards.

7. Rejection of Content

We reserve the right to refuse any order or submitted content, particularly if it does not meet our quality standards, genre alignment (e.g. electronic music between 121–150 BPM), or if it infringes third-party rights. In such cases, a refund may be denied.

8. Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, services are delivered within 1–3 business days after we receive all required materials. Delays may occur if the submission is incomplete or technically flawed.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as views, clicks, followers, or algorithmic performance. All services are performed professionally and to the best of our ability.
We are not liable for platform outages, algorithm changes, or force majeure.

10. Privacy

Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect data necessary for contract performance and service delivery.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All legal relations shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
