​Customers residing in the EU are entitled to a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase contract without giving reasons. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.

In Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal. However, we voluntarily grant a 14-day return policy. Returns are only accepted if items are unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
