1. No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Art. 16 lit. m of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable Swiss contract law, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services once the execution has started.

By placing an order and submitting your content (e.g. via upload or form), you expressly consent to us starting the service immediately and acknowledge that you waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of our offerings, the following digital services are non-refundable once the processing has begun:

• Uploads

• Reposts

• Story mentions

• Reels and visual content

• Social media promotion or distribution

All services are tailored and begin promptly after materials are received.
 

3. Goodwill Exceptions (Before Execution)

If you submitted an order by mistake and no processing or publishing has yet taken place, please contact us immediately at:

In such cases, we may assess the situation on a voluntary goodwill basis, but are not legally obligated to refund.
