Our merchandise is made on demand (via Printful) to reduce overproduction and waste.
 

Production & Processing

  • 2–5 business days after order or once all print assets are received (on-demand/Printful).

Shipping & Transit

  • Shipping: Free shipping on all orders.

  • Transit after production:

    • Switzerland: approx. 5–10 business days

    • Europe: approx. 8–14 business days

    • International: approx. 12–20 business days

  • Times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays, or peak volumes. Tracking (where available) will be sent via email.
     

Customs & Import Fees

Orders may be shipped from different Printful fulfillment centers worldwide. Depending on your delivery country, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
 

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. - We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount, as they depend on your local customs authorities and regulations.
 

If applicable, your local postal or courier service will contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery.
 

Returns & Exchanges (physical products)

  • Window: 14 days from delivery.

  • Condition: unworn, undamaged, in original packaging.

  • Costs: return postage paid by the customer (except for defects or mis-shipments).

  • Process: contact support for a return authorization and address.

  • Legal details: Withdrawal & Refund (Physical)
     

Defects / Misprints

  • Report within 7 days of delivery with photos. After review we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
